The seller was very prompt in sending out this washer main control board and it arrived in secure packaging and when installed partially worked. I was able to get the washer to complete wash cycles but the physical load selection knob did not line up with the LED cycle that was selected. Additionally, the washer would not go into diagnostic mode. The seller was great and gave me the option of returning the board or keeping it and getting a 50% refund. These guys are absolutely great.
Part was shipped quickly and arrived as described. I had thought the part was broken, and seller was excellent at return. After the return process it became apparent that the part was functional and that Samsung website had the incorrect replacement part listed resulting in me purchasing an identical looking part, but with the wrong programming for the buttons. Learn from me, do your research before ordering parts. This seller was great and would order again from them.
Chose this seller for peace of mind (returns accepted) for a used discontinued part. Control board worked like a charm! This was the exact model of my original (hard to find) which brought my wash time back to 45 minutes from the 2 hr runtime the newer model gave me. Item arrived quickly and packed safely.
