The Seller sold me a glass cook top for my Frigidaire stove after a little negotiation. The price was decent and it was shipped. However, the packaging that the item was shipped in was a hot mess. It was semi secure with two foam pads that did not cover the item. It was poorly taped and secured with a makeshift combination of boxes pieced together and some tape. This security job was a true mess. It is a wonder that the item only made it with slight damage upper side. The UPS guy was trash as
The seller had the wrong part number for the item, which caused significant effort for me to investigate. Also, the seller was negligent in communicating and addressing my concerns with the item: would not provide sufficient photos or reply to my specific requests. The shipping time was not prompt, but the packaging was good. The condition of the item is fairly good as I can put the damaged section to the back where it isn’t readily visible. The price was rather high before the discount.
As advertised,, although item was recieved on 12/20,, buyer requested tracking 4 times as seller only responded once,, what info i had said not in hands of shipper only a label was printed,,, if given a date as to when it would be with shipper would have sufficed
