The ring is beautiful, exactly as pictured, and packaged very nicely. Shipping by FedEx was abysmal, shipped on February 13, not delivered until February 24. Email from FedEx on February stated that it left the FedEx facility at 5:30 AM (10 miles away) and delivery at my home was unsuccessful at 5:31 AM! Photo of my doorway was faked. FedEx tracking is useless, as is their customer service.
