In recent years, it is known that "deep-steamed tea" is widely consumed. However, the only tool available was a metal tea strainer. We have created a tea strainer that can brew delicious steeped tea as well as deep-steamed tea. This is the "Honey Ceramesh." Made of ceramic like a honeycomb, this fine mesh tea strainer has small holes, making it difficult for the fine powder of the deep-steamed tea to pass through.
