This lovely multi-color cocktail dress has elastic waist with 1" inch tie belt. The dress is fully lined. Zipper closure in the back. Nice short sleeves and the front is criss-cross over the bust, to give the 2 piece look. The skirt has four tier layer look. Very chic !! Stunning !! Pictures don't do it justice. Size : 14 ~ Please, judge by actual measurements, below. Bust : Armpit to armpit approx. 20 " x 2 = 40 " inches . Waist : Approx. 34 " 38" inches ~ UNstretched - Stretch. Hips: Approx. 23 " x 2 = 46 " inches ( measured 7 " inches below the waist). Length : Top shoulder seam to the hem approx. 55 " inches Long. Material : Chiffon : 100 % Polyester . Lining - 100 % Polyester. Color : Multi . Sometimes, colors seem lighter / darker in pictures than the actual colors of the item due to camera flash and different computer monitors please, take that into consideration. Condition : NEW and unused condition with tags . This gown comes from a huge lot of formal dresses I just purchased...............
