First the seller was quick to respond to a question, then once I purchased it, it was sent out right away. Description said "used", but when it arrived, they looked BRAND NEW!! Great find for me, as I now have 4 of these, and thanks to a great seller who got them to me faster than expected. 10 out of 10 stars for this seller, I would do business again.
This is a very good seller. I'm sad that the shipper abused the package such that their very cautious packing job was defeated and the platter was still damaged, but the seller showed great patience and understanding as well as good communication in rectifying the situation. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
