Includes a wall-mount rope tie-bar for securing rope after hoisting, a built-in rope brake, pulley mounts, and (10) mounting screws. Please note: Alternate sized screws and/or wood may be required for installation depending on spacing between overhead joists. Each pulley mounting plate measures 9-7/8"L x 3-3/8"W x 3"H overall.
