These were NOT packaged properly. Had a piece of tape over the top of the pump, and all five soap dispensers were placed loosely in a plastic shipping bag. When I opened the package was a complete mess with leaks and soap all over. I am not leaving negative for the simple fact that after taking time to clean all of this up, the soaps were still usable. Seller needs to learn the appropriate way to ship items!
Seller is wonderful. Super responsive to every message. I did not receive my package because usps said they lost it. Seller for sure sent out and had proof. Seller offered to send me some other things free of charge. Although, I declined as this was not their fault. It was so generous of them to offer. Super awesome Seller. Thank you!
Did not receive what I ordered. Ordered Ironing spray solution and got 3 cosmetic items instead. Obviously there was mixed up orders. (It happens sometimes). But good communication from Seller. I just don’t have time to manage repacking, reshipping, and getting to USPS. So will accept what was sent for $ I spent.
