  1. First of all, God bless this seller because the amount of nasty grams they have probable received about shipping has to be a lot. At the time of this review 2/25/25, Indiana post office distribution center is OFF THE RAILS. I was so excited when I received my item, because "informed delivery" wasn't informative. This seller answered my messages and told me to read the news of what was happening and it is no fault of the company. My order came exactly as described. Thank you!

  2. Item arrived damaged and not as described. Seller immediately rectified the situation with the return process. No complaints and I really appreciate the sellers commitment to making it right. Sometimes things happen. Don’t know if it was shipping damage or if the item was swapped out of a box. In either event, seller took care of it all above board and through the eBay process. Quality of the actual valve is great. Value for this valve type is really great.

  3. The seller had both the strainer and disposal cover up for sale. I made an offer for both but we could not agree on a price so I ended up getting the disposal cover elsewhere in order to pay only the maximum amount that I was willing to pay. I guess I should have waited a couple of weeks, he now has them listed well below what I offered LOL. That said , the item was as described and shipped quickly. I would not hesitate buying from this seller again.
