First of all, God bless this seller because the amount of nasty grams they have probable received about shipping has to be a lot. At the time of this review 2/25/25, Indiana post office distribution center is OFF THE RAILS. I was so excited when I received my item, because "informed delivery" wasn't informative. This seller answered my messages and told me to read the news of what was happening and it is no fault of the company. My order came exactly as described. Thank you!
Great shopping experience, the seller accepted my offer, shipped the item fast and it was here earlier than expected from IL in US to ON in Canada. The item is actually in perfect condition and exactly matches the description. Item was packaged in 2 plastic covers so that the mat black trim woukd be protected. Great value overall as the shower trim kit without the second handle would have been useless. Highly recommended.
Seller is very responsive and reasonable. Item received with plastic bag ripped in one end and card board box ripped in the other end and some of contents were missing from listing image. Contacted seller and was able to get a return shipping label and a refund as soon as the item was dropped off at the post office.
