Item was as described. It was used but all the important parts were included. I'm 100% happy with the light.
Box was slow to ship. Not a problem, but I would have appreciated a message from the seller warning that shipping would be delayed.
BTW, these WAC "Lolli" pendant lights dim just fine if you read and follow the instructions for choosing a dimmer.

Fast Delivery. Fortunately no damage, it was pretty beat-up in shipping, in it's original packaging box made of single-layer cardboard. This product should have been double boxed for shipping.

The bathroom ventilation fans were exactly as described. Product was new in an opened box. It was shipped quickly and even FedEx did their part quickly. Good all the way around.
