There is no question about Vera Bradley. I want to commend the vendor who went above and beyond duty. I had my mail held for a week but the post office started 2 days early, which meant that my purchase was not delivered on time for my trip. In the meantime I got an advice that my purchase was “out for delivery”. “hawkassociates” not only was following the delivery but also took the initiative to contact me telling me that it was being held, not delivered.
