Ordered a bumper for my son‘s truck. While packaged well somehow the bumper was dented during transit. Messaged the seller and received a quick reply offer offering a partial refund and allowing me to keep the product. Unfortunately, I have no use for a dented bumper and needed to order a new one as this was a gift. When opening package it was damaged with several scratches in chrome. Contacted seller and at first was going to give partial payment and I'd keep item. They finally refunded all my money and let me keep the damaged item which not putting on my truck but will order a new one. The price was great for the item though if it wouldn't have had damage. Damage seems to have been done in shipping. Thanks for refunding my payment due to damage.
