  1. I finally received all four of the safety caps for the propane tanks. Growing Regions LLC sent an extra one (making five in total), I think as a good faith gesture, which I truly appreciate. Evidently, the problem was on the part of the shippers, not Growing Regions LLC. The USPS is very slack and unprofessional in their mail and package delivery. The items are doing their job and work as we hoped. Thank you, Brent, for your patience with me. I will recommend you and Growing Regions LLC.

  2. It was packed well. The only complaint I have is the item only has UPS delivery. They charge me $16.95 for a small package weighing about 2 oz. Then it was shipped USPS that took about 2 weeks. Otherwise the product worked and I appreciate they finally contacted me saying the item was back ordered.
