Your message will be engraved on one side of the glass. Due to the size of the engraving space, please keep your message to a maximum of six lines, with 30 characters on each line. This pint glass measures 16cm x 8cm x 8cm and holds 1pt of liquid. This item will be supplied in a cardboard gift box as standard, or you can choose to upgrade to a sateen lined presentation gift box. Gift boxes may be blue or black in colour depending on stock availability. Please carefully select the image/logo you want to be engraved on your product. Engraving Details When you place your order, please make sure you send us your engraving instructions and font choice with your Paypal payment or via eBay message. Please double check all engraving details, including spelling and any dates to be engraved, as we cannot rectify mistakes after the product has been engraved. As standard we use Zaph Chancery font but you can also choose between Amazone, Comic Sans, Helvetica or Times. Samples of these fonts can be viewed in our additional photos Please note that the black/grey text shown on the advert is for illustration purposes only. The engraving on your product will be silver. Payment Our preferred payment method is via Paypal. We also accept cheques, postal order and banker’s draft. When paying, please make sure you have sent us all engraving information, including your personalised message, font style and design choice. Returns Policy Engraved products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, if your product is not as you expect. We will happily replace your item if it is faulty In the unlikely event of an engraving error we will exchange the item if the error is our fault.
