Featuring characteristic formal expressions, yet each one with its own warm personality, this pair is exquisite in its beauty, girth and condition. In lovely rarely seen great scale and elegant form with beautiful moulding to coat and tail, this pair of stately right and left facing figures is a superb period example that will bring a grand touch of English aesthetic to any setting in which it is placed. Timeless and versatile, this dramatic period statement piece may be arranged front and center on its own as a focal point on a mantlepiece or flanking fireside around the hearth. Everything about this purchase was excellent. The lambs are in perfect condition and the price was was. They were shipped promptly and packaged with exceptional care. Although the items inside are fragile, they were wrapped in protective layers, placed in a small box, then wrapped and secured in more layers of bubble wrap and paper before being placed in another box. There was no chance of damage! Many thank to the seller for a purchase that makes me very happy.
