Customer service was superb! The dress I received was gorgeous and exactly as described. The shipping was prompt and perfectly wrapped with care. However, the dress did not look good on me, so I returned it, even though I thought it looked great in my closet! Unfortunately, my return got tied up at a UPS store in my small town, and the seller was very understanding and accommodating. Thank goodness for tracking. We communicated, and all was good. I bought 2 great skirts at the same time but separately--- Seller noticed and refunded one shipping fee without being asked... I Love this!!
