packaging was excellent! Shipping was prompt! Garment is essentially new w/out tags! 5-stars across the board! Couldn't ask for more. The reason for my return is that the shoulder straps are self-ties. I did not notice this in the photo(s). If I had, I wouldn't have purchased the dress. one more thing -- dress label is Medium. In its listing it's labeled as Small. Going forward, seller might consider updating listing.
