I think this body cream is great. I bought it as a gift for my wife and She loves it! The packaging was the worst I've ever seen. It was shipped in a translucent grey plastic bag. It was the type of bag used to put your stuff in at walgrens. I could see right through it. I think this cream is expensive. Where I live the winter temps read 0 or lower. I was surprised that the plastic container wasn't broken. It did come in good condition. But at that price maybe it should have come in a box.
