I ordered this item, quickly realizing that the address selected was the wrong one. I immediately tried to cancel the order due to the wrong address, and was denied. From the time I ordered it to the time I tried to cancel, it had been no more than 5 to 10 minutes. I was able to arrange to get the item sent to the wrong address, but was really disappointed that the cancellation of the product was not possible.
The grates are genuine Weber parts, so quality is assured. The price offered by this seller was excellent, far below others. The only frustrating aspect was tracking the shipment because a tracking number was issued long before the item shipped. Once the shipper had the item I received it the same day. Ironically, the shipper was Amazon. But all worked out well in the end.
