Extra Large Vintage Canadian Doll 1950s 1960s Hazel Sleep Eyes Rooted Hair 64cm 26 Inches Description: This is a truly remarkable vintage doll, standing at an impressive 63 cm (24.8 inches) for her body, approximately 64 cm (25.2 inches) including her hair – larger than the usual size for dolls of this era. Made in Canada in the late 1950s to early 1960s, she features exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Features: Head Stamp & Mould Numbers: Clearly stamped “Canada” with “No 5” and possibly “26 W” mould numbers.( shown ) Construction: Soft rubber-like arms and head, with hollow molded plastic body and legs. Mould marks are visible on body and legs, reflecting her vintage production. There are small metal clips on each side ( shown ) Face & Eyes: Hand-painted face with delicate features – in certain lighting, her face has an almost porcelain-like quality. Hazel sleep eyes that open and close smoothly, with long, well-preserved eyelashes. Body Details: Detailed fingers, hands, and body features, including breasts and belly button, highlighting the care put into her design detail. Hair: Rooted hair, messy at the back but styled gently at the front for display.( shown ) Clothing: Comes dressed, though the outfit is not original to the doll.
