The item was exactly as described. The shipping was fast. a few cosmetic issues. I reached out and they said they would issue a 50.00 refund for just the bother which I thought was a wow. So cute Xmas cat tree tower and came very quickly more than I expected. Unfortunately, box was a little damaged and a few parts was missing. They replied me within a few hours and give me a partial refund which I can buy missing screws. Very professional and quick response plus friendly customer service. Mahalo
This Seller had the best price on this item. It arrived on time and packaging was totally intact, which was good because with large items like this sometimes box is dented, ripped, etc. I haven't assembled it yet but, so far, I'm impressed with this Seller.
