The product was delivered in good condition and on time. The item was described as a new item in an unopened box. The styrofoam packing was damaged and was boxed upside down. And the biggest problem, it was not cobalt blue, or blue at all, as described. It is orange and brown. Useable, but not what I wanted. I would have not puchased this color. I had the opportunity to make an offer, but chose to pay the fair asking price. Disappointed, but vendor does not take returns. I'll be more careful.

Beyond the seller's control was the screwup by the USPs in transporting the package, USPS transported it from Md to Chicago, back to Md, then to Washington DC, back to Chicago and finally to the end destination.
