Purchased on Jan 14th with an estimated delivery of Jan 16-Jan 21 and messaged right away about expedite shipping options (Would of paid more). Received a reply back next day (Jan 15th) that they were looking into it and then a few hours later that there was no option but was shipping this day with 4 days normal ground. On Jan 17th (3 days after purchased) label was finally created and shipped. Finally arrived on 24th, not it time for when we needed it.
