When the pkg was supposed to be unopened/unused, but when it arrived it was less than half full. I contacted the seller immediately..she was friendly, responded right away, she again said it was unused and surprised it wasn't full, yet she offered to send me another one that she would check and make sure it was unused. I should receive it soon. If I don't, I'll update review. But seller was very easy to contact and saw to it that the situation was rectified..I'd buy here again!
