I was super unsure about ordering this. Basically, it was a pokemon card booster box, but with every pack open. All the seller could really say was it was, apparently, some kind of Amazon return. Still, the pictures he provided showed at least ONE EX card inside... and given how pokemon cards have shot up in price, it looked like either way I'd get my money's worth. So I bought... and couldn't be happier. Only 8 total cards are missing, and plenty of good ones are still here. Thrilled by this!

Quality seems fine as box was unopened, condition is new as box was unopened, seller offered a good value for the item, and appearance is new. Seller wrapped item in bubble wrap and enclosed in secure box with a big Fragile label attached. All in all a very good seller. Would definately buy from again.
