****HayColeCo Disclaimer- **** So so sorry to all of our customers that have been patiently waiting for our restock on the original FNAF series 2 plush hangers. We ordered a case from Entertainment Earth (IN JANUARY) which were clearly labeled and photographed in their listing as the hangers we all know and love. Estimated ship date earliest End of January. That date kept changing as the months passed. Disappointingly, here in the beginning of April, we instead just received these "series 2" hangers. To say we are angry and disappointed is an understatement, and I'm sure you're upset too! The email correspondence with Entertainment Earths' "customer service" has been unsatisfying and dismissive to say the least! They weren't really concerned with the fact that the listing and the item received are completely different items, even with a whole different character group. Also they look completely different and are different quality. ** Please friends, Be CAUTIOUS if you're planning to spend large amounts of money with Entertainment Earth, especially on an older item and /or on pre orders. ** They don't charge you until the item ships so with the date changing so constantly, by the time the large charge came in it was not a great time. It was all just really unfair, and ya'll deserve better customer service and treatment! We are working very hard to secure the OG Series 2 plush hangers, but it's safe to say they are officially in HARD TO FIND / Rare Find territory! I know it's hard to wait for something and not end up able to get what you wanted. I'm just really sorry for those of you who had your hopes very high. Keep your eyes peeled! I’m glad the product is what I ordered and asked for and the condition of the plushie was great, and the package was well kept and wrapped in bubble wrap, not only that but it surprised me that it came with a free small toy, I gave it to a younger family member :).
Great condition they even threw in some gifts as a think you I thought that was nice great package and very good quality of course it looked better then I expected it to be I love it also I got a Freddy he’s SO CUTE hanging on my backpack
