Item came as described and well packaged. It dropped right in to the item I needed it for. Item was as described in good condition. Had make offer option but would not take any offer or negotiate at all. Even paid full price and wouldn't negotiate on shipping after not accepting offer even a dollar lower than buy now price. Don't put make offer option if not willing to take any offers.
