shipping time was ok but thats not the fault of the seller, rather it's ebay's horrible international shipping program. packaging displayed care and concern with ddouble wrapping inside the package. 2020-era used hat that looked even better in person than advertised. price was fair. i would use again and recommend the seller to the community. with my small collection of duke hats i'll be the best dressed duke mens basketball fan in southern ontario, canada. 🇨🇦
