This was a super easy process. The seller is super nice and makes it feel like you’re doing business with a family or a very good friend. They are super transparent and very quick to reply and keep u updated on things. The shipping was super fast, tho the packaging was destroyed a little but was NOT the sellers fault it was fedex who are known to be super rough. I selected positive because, although the item arrived broken and in a smashed shipping box, I put the blame squarely on the shipping company and not the seller. I requested a refund as the item is unusable and received it promptly. Seller is terrific and I will use this seller again.
