Seller was fair with accepting my offer and exceptionally efficient on packing resulting in quick delivery. Within five,six days item was at my door in its original factory prepared box - it was a brand new item as posted. Communication was good assuring my transaction and flawless delivery. Unfortunately, the item likely was a ‘factory’ defect of which had nothing to do with seller I repeat nothing to do with seller but rather the manufacturer. I needed a refund seller responded. Great seller

The seller demonstrated strong integrity when he quickly refunded an appropriate amount when informed that the unit came without the promised LNK Mobile Module. The packaging was adequate for this important and well-designed hi-tech irrigation controller.
