Arrived in very good time, nicely wrapped. Item box was in good condition (because of the wrapping). The only thing is that had a smear on the little plastic window on the box to look at the product inside - I didn't like that much, but most people wouldn't worry about it as long as the product is fine on the inside. Otherwise it helps complete a collection of basic makeups I've been collecting, which means I've only got a couple to go!
