Eventually it was fixed but communication was lacking. The earrings are very nice and once the tracking was put into place they arrived quickly and in good condition.

  2. NO PROBLEM WITH SELLER. HOWEVER. I ORDERED ON 8/5 BUT DIID NOT RECEIVE UNTIL THE 18TH. THE USPS WAS AT FAULT. LAID OVER AT POST OFFICE SOMETIMES 3 DAYS. I ORDEREDS 3 OTHER ITEMS ON THE 5TH. AND RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING WEER WAS NOT AT FAULT. THEY WERE PROMPT AND ITEM IS ADORABLE.
