  1. The box in the photo was represented as brand new. I bought this as a gift. Upon opening the package, the box was completely destroyed. When I remove the wand from the mascara, it appeared that the mascara had been used. This may have been due to the cold temperatures I don’t know, but I was not happy. Seller was very responsive however hence my rating.
