Easy to contact seller with questions I had before purchase. Very transparent with the shipping process, and was incredibly meticulous with packing the game and reinforcing the package with bubble wrap and layers of cardboard and boxes. Ironically, despite the seller even marking the package as fragile, the outer box did sustain damage from shipping. But because they were so careful with packaging, the game itself was undamaged. The seller packed this product safely and was so well packaged it took a while to unpack! The system powered on and even had the fan noise as described in the sellers comments!
