Her department was responsible for providing services to well over 6,000 individuals and families through workforce development, lease compliance, employment, training, placement, literacy, career development, youth development, small business development, crisis intervention, violence prevention, family and clinical services. As a passionate leader, Mariann has always enjoyed working with the public and helping those individuals who are at a disadvantage. Mariann is the owner, President and CEO of World Business Solutions, a residential and commercial cleaning company. She established the small business in 2012 with the commitment to bring more jobs into the City of Chicago and its surrounding suburbs.
