The camera shipped quickly and was vet well packaged. Sadly, there was an issue with the camera powering on. I notified the seller and he responded quickly. He apologized greatly and quickly refunded my money. I really appreciated his great customer service. I was happy he took care of the situation promptly. I was bummed about the camera. But I will be happy to purchase from this seller in the future because of great customer service and communication.

Item was actually cleaner than the pictures seemed to indicate. Excellent condition. Semi-fast shipping though the box was kinda chundered so that might have contributed to the delay.
