  1. Ordered May 20th, item didn't get to the shopper until June 7th. That was after I contacted the seller to find out what was going on, found out there was some issue with ordering. It finally left on June 8th and got here June 13th. The Coacoa powder looks and smells good. Not happy with the time frame. Super expensive compared to the website. Seller didn't know there was an issue until brought up.

I probably was a little impatient on getting my order but when I did contact them they were so nice and quick with their response to me and they made sure I received my order, which I did the next day. I really do get the best turnaround from them and they are always super nice.

  3. The person I purchased it from couldn’t ship it out because of weather in Texas. Received a very nice email from her telling me why and how sorry she was for the problem. I had sent her an email asking about my purchase and she answered immediately. Was very satisfied in my dealings with her. Weather was not her fault. 👍👍
