Box was damaged as described but the tear strip on the side had been removed and the box taped. The cartridge was in a sealed plastic bag but not in a sealed air bubble bag which all of the other new Canon 128 cartridges that I have purchased over the years are usually sealed in a Canon branded bubble vacuum wrap. I can't tell if this is a refurbished cartridge or it is a genuine Canon 128 cartridge since the box was previously opened and the plastic packaging is different.
Arrived in sufficient time, quality item with no signs of previous wear; clean, color appears as shown, and authentic. Price was fair and the packaging was adequate. No complaints. Satisfied and would recommend.
