I requested a return. This item was damaged goods. Upon my receiving it I noticed several holes in the fabric covering. The damage was bad enough to justify the return. The seller was gracious enough to reimburse me my total payment. A question arose concerning the correct address to ship the return . Again the merchant was gracious and instructed me to not return the damaged good and to consider the case closed and no further concern regarding this sale was necessary. Im thanking the merc
The tennis racquet was accurately described and as shown in the photos. It was in good shape overall. It was packaged very well and shipped sooner than expected. Seller communicated well concerning the timing of shipping, but it was still faster than anticipated. Easy transaction. I highly recommend this seller.
