When I got the item the none of the keys would work in the catches. It appears that they were pressed incorrectly. I reported this to the company who made contact with me straight away and advised me of the refund process. I would rate the company very highly for the speed with which they processed the order and made contact with me.
A+ Seller. Unfortunately, I messed up and placed duplicate orders for 16mm jump rings so I had to cancel this order. That error was on me, not the seller. They graciously and quickly cancelled the order for me. Very nice folks. Would have no problem buying from them in the future. As I said, I messed this up, not the seller.
