No problems with the bag. It is a great bag. But the communication was somewhat lacking. Shipping was slow. I wish that sellers would always use tracking, because It makes me feel secure as a buyer. No tracking on this one. I don’t know what was going on, and I tried to cancel the order. But I did receive it, and I decided to keep the bag, even though my husband wanted an LL Bean bag, which I did also purchase. The price was a bit high, after I looked at comps. Oh well, I will use it.
