Item was as described. Seller shipped quickly, but didn't relay the shipping information very well at all. (in fact, I was originally told that the item would be here on a certain date, when it hadn't even shipped yet. The tracking info on the ebay page still today shows the item is in transit, but it actually arrived this afternoon, so take this seller's shipping status communication with a "grain of salt".) Oh well, I guess all's well that end's well.
They work just as advertised with no air bubbles and the seller was very helpful when the shipping company failed to to send me a picture of where my item was left. It was really hard to see as they stuck it in between some potted plants out in the courtyard for the whole building & the package was roughly the size of my hand. I have lived in this apartment since August of 2012 and no one has ever put a package where they did.
Quick shipping, packaged nicely, and came with everything as listed in the description. I used it a couple times already, and it seems to be holding up better than my previous soldering irons! The seller also reached out multiple times during the shipping process, which I really appreciate in sellers!
