My experience in this style of shipping its 50/50 weather or not the bumper is damaged and then that leads to timely email exchange to get it resolved. In the meantime, if you run a body shop your delayed in the delivery of the vehicle you're working on. As expected, this bumper has a broken tap. If I had known, it was being shipped folded up I would not have purchased the item. I overlooked the description.
