For 2003-09 Toyota 4Runner Lexus GX470 GENUINE OEM FRONT BRAKE ROTORS&PADS KIT These Rotors measure 13+1/4 inches in diameter and came standard on trucks with 17+18 inch wheels There is an optional brake rotor for trucks that came standard with the 16 inch wheels which is 12+1/2 inches in diameter. If you have 17 inch wheels you could have either size since it could have been upgraded at Toyota's port .
