Thanks so very much for the quick shipping & service, packaging failed! Contents (trailer wiring harness) arrived today in perfect nic. I need to tell shipper, that because of harness packed in diploma bag & outer was a plastic envelope the protected interior, the cardboard box was destroyed. I'll leave it up to you to place blame. Very happy with product. Very much as described! Contact with with seller went very well but couldn't help me with the vehicle side harness. No worries, tho'.
