Shipped too slowly, ad promised same day shipping but didn't ship until 3 days later. Upon reading fine print, it does say ships within 3 days but, main ad does not represent that. Was the correct part and warranty is yet to be needed. Says 3 year warranty but does not specify how to initiate a warranty claim. Be wary of false claims otherwise, price was good.
1 of the couplers was lost in the mail due to flimsy packaging. The Seller made it right by promptly shipping out replacement when informed of loss. Excellent customer service but packaging for shipping needs to be fixed. The replacement shipment came the same way and could have also been lost except the USPS tapped it back together after it broke open.
Purchased the Driver and Passenger Headlight from same buyer but this item arrived and was the incorrect part but the seller sent return label apologized and refunded me immediately stating that the part was out of stock but would be in stock again in the upcoming weeks but unfortunately I could not wait as my headlight was already burned out.
