I requested the 1/32 version at a good price but accidentally received the 1/35 pack. The seller was in direct and frequent communication with me from the start, even before the item arrived. As soon as I indicated the mistake it was immediately taken care of, no questions asked. What I received was brand new, well packaged and protected. This seller is one of the best I've ever encountered on ebay. When I received the cable, which arrived very quickly, it didn't work. not because it was defective, but because receiving video from a 3ccd camcorder through a firewire plug to usb plug is not that simple. When I told this seller the cable didn't work they immediately refunded my money and told me I didn't have to go through the hassle and expense of sending the cable back. How's that for a seller, great or what?
