This is a Forever 21 denim skirt in a size 30 for women. The skirt is in a solid blue color and features a zip closure, button accents, and pockets. Made from a blend of polyester, spandex, and cotton, the skirt is lightweight and stretchy, suitable for summer, fall, and spring. The Necktie arrived being well packaged, clean, and intact from the Seller and the USPS. The Necktie looked in my 'physical presence' as described on the eBay website. (But not as 'photographed' on the eBay website.) The price was very reasonable also.
