I purchased a used fuggler toy from him that was lost in transit so once I contacted him about it he immediately gave me different options to do, refund, rebuy, etc this isn’t a really hard to find fugg but still is a key piece in a collection. Lucy and Max arrived safe and sound. They’re the cutest little yorkie’s. They were in mint condition and arrived earlier than expected. Packaging was good.
